I felt safe ordering here. The checkout was simple and I didn’t notice any weird stuff going on. It could use a little more clear info in few spots, but overall it was good experience.

We had a good time overall. The whole space theme is done nicely, and the kids were into it almost straight away, like running around pointing stuff out and getting excited. A few parts looked a bit worn or could do with a tidy-up, but nothing that ruined it. It’s not perfect, but it’s a fun place to spend the day

Had a really nice day at The Milky Way with the kids. We brought a picnic with us, and luckily it was easy to find somewhere to stop and eat without making a big fuss of it.

There were plenty of places to sit, including picnic benches, which made such a difference when everyone started getting tired and needed a break. To be fair, we probably chose a slightly awkward time to stop, so if anything felt a bit busy, I’d blame our timing more than the place itself.
It was just nice not having to rush around or stand there eating while juggling kids and bags. It’s a simple thing, but having enough seating really does make the whole day feel much easier.

We booked the animal encounter with the kids, and they were absolutely thrilled the whole time. The staff were so friendly and patient, which made everything feel relaxed and easy, and we never felt rushed with the animals. It turned into such a lovely little day out, and we all left feeling happy and glad we’d done it

We had a really nice day here. The site was easy to navigate, and the signs were clear enough that we didn’t have to keep pulling out the map. It made the whole visit feel a lot more relaxed, especially with the kids. I’d definitely say it’s worth a visit if you want somewhere that feels stress-free.

We had a nice time at The Milky Way, and for what we paid it felt like good value, I think. The kids had loads of things to do, so that was good, and we didn’t feel like we had to rush around everywhere. The food was a bit on the expensive side, but I guess that’s just how these places are normally. Would probably go again, though maybe next time we will bring a picnic with us.

We stopped by with our little one and the baby changing area was clean and really easy to use, which was a relief. The toilets were mostly tidy as well, though they did get a bit busy later on. From the general feel of the place, I got the impression the staff do try to keep on top of things. Decent overall

I picked this because I figured we needed something that would keep the kids busy without relying on the weather, i’m glad I did. There was loads to do indoors, and the kids stayed happy pretty much all day, which made it feel totally worth it.

We had a decent day at The Milky Way overall. The kids enjoyed a few of the attractions, and the soft play was really handy when we needed a bit of a breather. I did find myself noticing that some of the rides and areas felt a little samey after a while, especially once we’d done the first couple. Even small things like the queues and the way a few attractions were laid out started to feel quite similar. It was still fun enough for a few hours, and the kids were happy, but I wouldn’t say it’s amazing if your children are expecting loads of different rides to choose from.

We took our two kids here and they both had such a good time. There was plenty to keep different ages entertained, which made the day feel easy and relaxed. Getting around with all the family stuff wasn’t too stressful either, which was a nice bonus. The food was okay, nothing amazing, but totally fine for a day out. We’d definitely go again, though shorter queues would make it even better.

I took my disabled mum for a day out here and we ended up having a really nice time. I was a bit unsure beforehand about how easy it would be for her to get around, but most of the place was actually manageable. Whenever we weren’t sure where to go or needed a bit of help, the staff were friendly and pointed us in the right direction. There were a couple of paths that were a little awkward in places, so we had to take our time, but it didn’t spoil the day. By the end of the visit, Mum was happy, I was relieved, and we both said we’d definitely come back again.

We spent around 3 hours here and overall it was a nice day out. The kids definitely enjoyed themselves, but for some reason the pacing felt a bit off. Some parts seemed to go by really quickly, then we’d end up standing around waiting for the next thing to start. It wasn’t a bad visit at all, I just think it could flow a bit better, especially for the price

I found a parking spot quickly, which was a relief. Overall, the process was straightforward and there wasn’t any real hassle involved.

There were dirty areas that looked like they hadn’t been cleaned properly, and a few broken bits around the place. It made me feel kind of trapped because I just had to deal with it while I was there...

The milkshakes were proper nice. Just from the vibe and the way everyone sounded, I’m assuming they take a bit of pride in making them, because mine tasted spot on.

I did get some useful stuff out of it, so I’d say it was helpful overall. But a few parts felt a little thin, like they moved on before really explaining things. Maybe that’s fine if you already know the topic, but then I’m not sure why I needed it explained in the first place. Not bad, just a bit more basic than I expected.

We visited during one of the seasonal events and the kids loved it. The extra activities made it feel more special than a regular day there and there was loads to keep them busy. A few of the queues got long and the food was nothing amazing but we still had a really nice time. I’d go again maybe just on a quieter day.

We went on a really busy day, and I was fully expecting to be stood around forever, especially with the kids starting to get impatient. Weirdly though, the queues kept moving faster than I thought they would, to the point where I was almost suspicious something had to go wrong somewhere.
The staff seemed to be keeping everything ticking along properly, and even the rides with lines that looked massive got us on sooner than expected. It made the whole day way less stressful than I’d braced myself for. I’d give 5 stars just for how painless the waiting ended up being.

I’m not the most patient person when I’m out somewhere, but the staff were so friendly and easy to talk to that it made the whole visit feel relaxed. Nothing seemed like too much trouble for them, and I didn’t feel like I was being messed around or kept waiting forever. I’d happily go back again.

Booking was straightforward, which I appreciated because I was kind of thinking, okay, please don’t make this complicated. The confirmation came through quickly, so that was reassuring. I did have one question before going, and customer service got back to me in a nice, helpful way. The only thing I noticed was that the website felt a little slow at times, and I was like, hmm, is it just me or the site? But overall, everything worked out fine.
